Guilin Wayon Natural Health Products Development Co. Ltd. was established in 1999. It is a professional high-tech company engages in developing natural health food products.

In 2000, Hong Kong Consumer Council tested all Ganoderma Lucidum products sold in Hong Kong market, Wayon Ganoderma Lucidum ranked No.1 in the result, and in the same year, Wayon Tienchi was the No.1 selling product in the Japanese market.

In 2002, the local government awarded Guilin Wayon High-Tech Organization and High-Tech Product Certificate for innovative planting of Ganoderma Lucidum. In addition, the company passed QMS ISO9001 authentication.

In the past five years. Guilin Wayon has built 10 hectares of raw material standardized planting base. In 2003, the plantation was the first one in Central and Southern China to be granted organic Ganoderma lucidum & Cordyceps plantation authentication that permit the factory to produce, process and trade organic health food.

In 2003, Guilin Wayon successfully restructured Guang Xi Zhong Shan Pharmaceutical and formed Guilin Wayon Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd that converges scientific research, planting, processing and trading of health food and medicine. Over the years, Guilin Wayon has acquired and trained its own professional team that includes over 80% of medical professionals.
